I just had a new electric fireplace and surrounding tiles installed by Advanced Installations. The result is fabulous! The fireplace looks lovely, and puts out plenty of heat for my living room. And the process was seamless. Leo and Igor really had an eye for selecting and cutting my slate tiles to make the surrounding tiles a work of art. The project was completed in less than two days. My home was left in perfect condition: clean, with furniture returned to the way it was before the job. I couldn’t recommend Advanced Installations more highly!

I bought a gas fireplace from Rich’s in Lynnwood and it was perfectly installed by Advanced Installations. This job was not simple because the existing wood burning fireplace had some quirks. But they made it look amazing, even better than we expected. Great job!!

Our house is over 100 years old and we haven’t used the fireplace in 40 years because it was so outdated. We wanted to switch to a gas insert since it is more efficient and we wouldn’t have to deal with burn bans. We picked out a gas insert at Rich’s for The Home in Bellevue and Kim was very helpful and walked us through the whole process so we got exactly what we wanted. After that was settled we had Advanced Installations rebuild our old firebox and bring everything up to code. We now have a beautiful stone fireplace with a wooden mantle and very efficient gas insert. It is just beautiful and turned out better than we dreamed. Advanced Installations was professional from start to finish. Leo gave us great advice and Igor was very professional. Even the clean up each day was spot on. Whenever we had questions Charity got right back to us. We have had contractors do work on other projects in our home and few could earn a 5 star rating but there is no hesitation on this review. I would highly recommend both companies as we were treated very well and the project was finished quickly.

From the initial contact with Advanced Installation I felt a positive, distinctive, experience that they were actually listening to the client.The initial face to face meeting went smoothly and I knew he understood what we wanted for our project, installing a fireplace in our main living area. The bid was returned in a timely fashion and was approximately what we discussed in that initial meeting. Construction began and like with all projects, issues occurred, but were resolved in a timely fashion to our satisfaction. The professionalism of the crew, the office staff, and everyone that came thru our home was excellent. I would recommend them highly, in fact, we have already used them for a second project unrelated to our fireplace installation.

We can’t say enough about how pleased we are with the work done by Advanced Installation.  We were under a tight timeline to get the project started since we wanted to do it while we were away on vacation, and they moved heaven and earth to make that possible.  We shared our vision of how we wanted our house remodel to look and let them run with it – aside from some occasional questions, they handled everything for us, and what a relief to have the whole thing completed when we returned home!  We absolutely will work with Advanced Installation again and we are glad to recommend their services.

Our experience started with Leo, who initially met with us to discuss design ideas and assess our home for a quote. Leo was friendly and steered us in the right direction on where to search for our fireplace design materials. Through the entire installation process, Leo was always available to answer questions regarding measurements, materials, and due dates. Not long after our initial meeting with Leo, we were contacted by Charity, who provided us with the estimate on our installation, which included not only labor costs, but also any structural engineering and city permitting costs involved. Charity was thorough and honest in her explanation of all aspects of the estimate, and in the end there were no “surprise” costs to us.  Installation prep was completed by Paul, who was friendly, conscientious of our home, and incredibly meticulous in cleaning up his work area each day. He was also extremely competent in his work, and his finished product passed my husband’s exhaustive work inspections (as well as the city’s). The fireplace was installed, wired, connected to the gas, and leveled perfectly by Ben. Advanced then installed the stacked stone façade that rose to the ceiling. The tile guys did an amazing job of leveling and shimming each row of the stone tiles. Any issue that popped up during the installation process was resolved quickly and professionally; this was a key aspect of working with Advanced Installation, as it was indicative of the integrity of the company and their attention to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Advanced Installations. You will receive peace of mind, stellar customer service, and a product that you will absolutely love. We love our gas fireplace!

I absolutely love the fireplace insert, mantel, surround and shelves. All the TV and surround sound wires are hidden and it looks amazing. Leo and Igor followed my design perfectly. The finished product looks like it was original to my 94 year old home and that’s exactly what I wanted. I would like to thank your entire team for a job well done.

From the beginning we were impressed with Advanced Installation. Charity was our first connection. She was a fountain of information and helped us see things clearly as we had never remodeled a fireplace before.
Leo came next to give us information on what kind of surround for the fireplace. It was a good thing as we really weren’t sure what we wanted. Advanced Installations were a great choice for our fireplace remodel project. We wanted to convert a tiny wood-burning insert into a gas heat-source, but didn’t have big ideas beyond that.
